The Supreme Court is in shadow docket mode, whipping out block-buster decisions in the shadows. This week going after our rights as citizens. Let's make sure they get some light.

I've been reading about these Supreme Court rulings in other places, but you nail them with perfect clarity. Thank you.

Then Blue governors need to recognize what this is and put a firewall between their states and the federal government. It is NOT legitimate and we shouldn’t be following unconstitutional laws.

Yes, Blue states need to stop playing by Queensbury rules, and get into rumble mode.

Make the lives of those in Red enclaves in their states difficult or even painful.

Use this weapon proactively against those who have handed it to Trump & his cronies: whether through unequal taxation measures, removal of firearms, use of eminent domain to seize land & other property, anything that both highlights the absurdity and injustice, as well as degrades your opponents’ ability to harm you is fair game.

Take the battle to them, don’t wait for them to come to you.

And be prepared.

This is insanity. The birthright citizenship and due process are in the Constitution which governs the entire United States. How can the Supreme Court decide that the constitutional laws only apply in certain states?? What the hell? We are devolving into a dictatorship with the supreme courts conservative judges handing the entire country over to a dictator wanna be. Right in front of our eyes. What can we, as citizens, do? We protest, we file petitions, we call our representatives. Nothing seems to be working. Can the judges be impeached and removed?

I’m so angry right now that the system of checks and balances is being shredded every day by this regime and all those that are cow towing to this corrupt, incompetent administration. We the people will have to take our country back. Civil war? Ask for help from our allies? (If we have any left?)

Not all of us voted for this nightmare.

Blue states need to find some courage and do the inverse of what Davis did. There are MILLIONS more of us in blue states. Why are we obeying illegal orders? If Trump wants to deploy the military against us, then tell him to fucking DO IT.

It’s not that you “are devolving into a dictatorship”, sadly.

Your country has devolved into one, it’s just becoming clearer to more now.

What can you do?

#Resist by any and all means possible.

Be ready for force to come to you directly, and be prepared to meet that with direct force and with covert action.

Be safe, but don’t be timid: your country may yet be salvageable, but it won’t be through protests or court cases, as that possibility has passed.

The Declaration of Independence reads in part, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.”

It will now have to be amended to read, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal except women, African Americans, Democrats, Trans kids, LGBTQ people (don’t worry, they’re coming for us) and foreigners. Did I forget anyone?

I applaud the 3 justices who eloquently dissented from this ruling.

Please be more careful with your language; sounds like you meant the infamous SCOTUS 6, but when you just say “Supreme Court” you tar the good ones with the same brush.

How in the world is any of this going to be manageable if the rules are different from state to state? They’re inviting confusing chaos. Seems like they’re too wimpy to call out decisions with any clarity at all! Quit passing the buck and do your jobs!

I wish the Supreme Court could have more than 9 people representing the whole country. What would happen if we had the court expand to more accurately reflect the diversity of America? Legally, couldn't the court have more members? Are judges supposed to make decisions based on ideologies?

I had this gut feeling that while Biden had the ability to load the Supreme Court he should have! Boy! He should have! Resist, protest and email your republican reps. Don’t waste paper on it. My rep is Tom Emmer and he gives two shits about his constituents. My hope is a majority in his district are disgusted with his ass kissing and will vote him out come November 2026. Midterms are my only hope now. Expecting martial law at some point with made up reasons in an attempt to halt the elections. Just disgusted with what law and order and the American way look like today! Every opportunity the find to fuck with us. Class warfare is on and if we get to vote, there will be hell to pay and then some. Sorry for the rant, it’s been building for a while. I’ve said this before, trump mental acuity is in demise and this is all old Republican money pushing the buttons on a 60 year or 160 year old grudge.

Shows how much the SCOTUS 6 really hate the equity part of DEI.

And how much further they are willing to go.
